Welcome to Science Udyog. We appreciate your trust in our products and services. This Return & Replacement Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing post-sale product support, warranty handling, and our firm policy regarding returns.

Due to the critical nature of our product line—including mortuary equipment, cadaver storage systems, medical-grade refrigeration, and laboratory instruments—we maintain a strict “No Return” policy once the goods have been delivered and accepted.

General Return Policy

At Science Udyog, all sales are final. We do not accept returns under regular circumstances. Our products are used in highly controlled, medical, and sensitive environments, and once dispatched, they cannot be resold, refurbished, or reused due to hygiene and compliance standards.

Non-returnable categories include (but are not limited to):

  • Mortuary Cabinets
  • Mortuary Chambers
  • Body Tanks for Cadavers
  • Dead Body Freezer Boxes
  • Portable Mortuary Systems
  • Hospital & Postmortem Furniture
  • Laboratory Equipment & Diagnostic Instruments
  • Freezer Boxes Supplied Under Rental or Emergency Service

Each unit is made to order or specially assembled and tested to meet precise medical or institutional standards. Once delivered, the chain of custody, environmental control, and sterilization cannot be guaranteed, making returns unfeasible.

Warranty Coverage

Although returns are not accepted, we stand behind the functionality and quality of all our equipment. Every product is backed by a manufacturer’s warranty, which includes:

  • Manufacturing Defects
  • Premature component failure under normal usage
  • Technical malfunction not caused by negligence, external damage, or misuse

Warranty Period varies by product category and is clearly specified on the invoice or warranty certificate provided at the time of delivery.

Onsite and Remote Support are available for all eligible warranty claims. For non-warranty technical concerns, support is still available on a paid service basis.

Technical Support & After-Sales Service

Our relationship doesn’t end at delivery. Science Udyog provides:

  • Operational Guidance
  • Preventive Maintenance Plans
  • Service Contracts (AMC/CMC – if opted)
